LAIS affiliates, Antonio Cortijo Ocaña and Sara Poot-Herrera (both Spanish and Portuguese), have just published a carefully researched edition of El pregonero de Dios y Patriarca de los Dioses by Br. Francsco de Acevedo, represented on October 4, 1684 in Ciudad de México, then capital of the Viceroyalty of New Spain.
